Brae House has two bedrooms upstairs one (12x17) with a double and single bed and one twin room (13x16), sleeps 5 people. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room (16x15) with a colour television and DVD Player.Brae House living room There is a newly fitted bathroom with electric shower, a sun porch. Also downstairs there is a newly fitted kitchen (13x17) with electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kittle, iron, refrigerator, mixer, washing machine, microwave, freezer, coffee maker and pine table.

The house is heated by off-peak night-store heaters which are in every room as well as an electric fire in the sitting room. There is a patio with garden furniture and barbeque in the walled garden at the front of the house. There is also a telephone which takes incoming calls, but not outgoing calls.

The cottage is five minute walk from the post office and village shop which sells a limited number of goods, but there is a well stocked shop at Balvicar two miles away. Brae House kitchen There is a newly opened pub 'The Oyster Bar' which is in the village 5 minutes walk from the cottage which brews its own beer and serves food. Easdale is situated on the Isle of Seil, Argyll on the West Coast of Scotland. It is 16 miles from Oban, approximately 150 miles from Edinburgh and approximately 140 miles from Glasgow. The nearest railway station is 16 miles away in Oban. From there, there is a daily bus service to Easdale. The bus stop in the village is 5 minutes walk from the cottage.

Linen is supplied. Well-behaved pets are welcome but please do not allow them to go upstairs or make a mess in the garden. There is a large Tesco and Co-Op in Oban on your way to the cottage. The house is let from Saturday to Saturday. You should arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am on the day of departure.
